I was very proud to be one of the invitees to the Bullhead City Shelter and Day Center Groundbreaking Ceremony this morning.
Among the guests were Bullhead City Mayor Tom Brady, City Manager Toby Cotter, Supervisor Hildy Angius, City Councilwomen Annette Wegmann, Kathy Bruck and Tami Ring. Many members of both the Catholic Charities and Legacy Foundation were there as well to break ground on the more than 50 bed shelter.
This shelter will provide shelter and resources for families, individuals and veterans experiencing homelessness in the tri-state area.
Dan Oehler represented the BHHS Legacy Foundation in presenting a $1,380,500 check to Catholic Charities President/CEO Paul Mulligan.
Thank you to the BHHS Legacy Foundation, Catholic Charities and all those who helped to make this happen for our community!
